Off Road Grease

Off Road Grease is a highly adhesive calcium-based bearing grease that provides long-term protection under the most extreme conditions. This grease is highly water repellent which makes it very suitable for bearings and hubs of mountain and gravel bikes.

Use this grease to grease bottom bracket bearings, steering head bearings, wheel bearings and hubs exposed to extreme conditions to protect them from corrosion and rust.

How to use Off Road Grease

Step 01
Remove all parts sitting in front of the bearings as a seal and make sure the industrial bearing or loose balls are visible.
Protip: Put all parts in the correct order of disassembly. This way you can easily replace everything again.

Step 02
Remove the industrial bearing or balls from the bike or wheels and clean them with Bionet. Also make sure everything around the bearing is nice and clean.

Step 03
Grease the bearing or ball with Off Road Grease and put the bearing or ball back in the bike or wheels.

Step 04
Replace all parts sealing the bearings in the correct order.
